What's wrong?
On affected 2013-2016 Qt Equipment Dominator trucks with IMT cranes, the valve bank cover shields the crane's hydraulic valve bank. That valve bank is the set of control valves that routes hydraulic fluid to crane functions, and the cover is supposed to stay secured while the truck is driven or while the crane is being transported.
The problem starts with the newer cover design used on the affected Series III cranes. The cover is larger than the part it replaced, so under certain road conditions it can vibrate excessively.
